Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. We use standard priority mail or UPS for all shipments.
We do use bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts in some of our outgoing shipments because it is the best way we have found to guarantee the safe arrival of your purchase. Safe shipping saves resources.
We want you to be not just satisfied, but darn near thrilled with your Sassafras purchase. In the unlikely event you find this is not the case, we will offer a full refund or exchange when we receive your unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery date. If you have received a gift, we will issue a merchandise credit.
